Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and have a fantastic balcony view of the crater, which I absolutely loved. The service could use some improvement as I found the staff to be unhelpful at times. However, the location and the amenities are top-notch, especially with the beautiful pools. Overall, it offered great value for money despite a few hiccups in service.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, with a beautiful apartment that had everything we needed. The service was friendly, and they surprised us with fresh fruit and ice cream, which was a nice touch. However, the dining service could use some improvements, as it took a few reminders to get our orders right. Plus, the noise from the public walking path nearby was a bit distracting at times.
My stay at this hotel was overall quite enjoyable, with a unique desert setting that felt special. The rooms were clean and provided stunning views of the crater, though privacy could be an issue due to upper balconies. Service was attentive and friendly, and the location made for awesome wildlife interactions. On the dining side, while the options were vast, the communication around dietary restrictions could be better. It’s not the most ideal situation, but the hotel still offers great value for money.
The hotel is nestled in a stunning location on the edge of the Ramon Crater, offering breathtaking views and plenty of outdoor activities nearby. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, but I did have to wait a while for the hot water in the shower. The service was polite, but I encountered some inconsistencies that felt a bit unpolished. Overall, it's a great getaway in a unique setting, but it could benefit from improved training for the staff.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, positioned on the stunning cliffs overlooking the Ramon Crater. The rooms were spacious and very clean, making for a comfortable retreat. The staff was mostly friendly and attentive, though I did encounter a few instances of unfriendly service. While the dining options were decent, I expected more from the main courses. Overall, the views are just out of this world, and I felt I got good value for the price.
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, which boasts stunning views over the desert and spacious, modern rooms that exceeded my expectations. The service was attentive, although occasionally it felt like the staff could use a bit more training to match the hotel's high standards. The location was absolutely remarkable, right at the edge of Ramon Crater, though I did notice some noisy road crossings nearby. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, especially given the quality of the amenities.
I had a fun weekend with family, but my stay was mixed. The hotel is in a fantastic location with stunning views, but the rooms are old and in desperate need of a makeover. There were little issues like a broken hairdryer and lack of towels that really impacted my experience. Service was inconsistent, and the dining atmosphere was lacking light, which made it challenging to enjoy meals. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there's definitely room for improvement.
My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant overall. The location is simply beautiful, nestled in the stunning Ramon Crater in southern Israel, which made my experience worth every bit. The rooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms, while generous, had some features that required attention. The staff was friendly but could improve their responsiveness at times. The breakfast spread was classy and offered a great variety, although room service could have been more efficient.
The hotel is beautifully situated on a cliff, offering breathtaking views that make you feel like you're somewhere out of this world. The staff are genuinely friendly and professional, making you feel welcomed throughout your stay. However, it was a bit frustrating that the rooms were ready only at 5 PM and accessing them required a buggy ride and a long staircase. Overall, the amenities were okay, but I felt that the value for money could be better considering the inconvenience.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel with its breathtaking views and modern rooms. The service was super attentive, keeping me satisfied throughout my stay. On the downside, the pillows were not comfortable, which caused me some trouble, and the dining experience had some room for improvement. Overall, it’s a great spot for relaxation and adventure in the desert.
