Stunning Pools

I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and have a fantastic balcony view of the crater, which I absolutely loved. The service could use some improvement as I found the staff to be unhelpful at times. However, the location and the amenities are top-notch, especially with the beautiful pools. Overall, it offered great value for money despite a few hiccups in service.
